- Detailed review meeting six weeks beforehand to determine exactly where you are up to
- Full review of all existing bookings and plans to date
- Attendance at the final venue visit or the final caterer’s meeting for non-venue weddings
- A final details meeting with you
- Liaise with all the suppliers to advise that I am responsible for running the day
- Creation of a detailed on the day timeline for you and all suppliers
- Attendance for handover and set up the day before the wedding
- Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal
- Attendance for the whole of the wedding day
