Rachel & Bertie
Private Marquee, Cheshire
Elegance and romance in all its forms was the order of the day for Rachel and Bertie – oh and not forgetting a whole host of fun too!
The personal touch was very important to them so using the bride’s parents’ spectacular home as the venue seemed like a natural choice.
They opted for a classical neutral colour palette with just a hint of sparkle, probably best showcased in the stunning bridesmaids’ gowns.
The floral artistry wowed everyone from the fabulous hanging installation in the dining marquee to the breath-taking arrangement on the spiral staircase. The floral table plan through to the super elegant bridal bouquets, but my absolute favourite had to be the floating hydrangea love heart in the swimming pool.
Guests were treated to free- flowing drinks and culinary mastery at its best whilst they enjoyed an acoustic jazz set.
The alfresco, free standing speeches made for a relaxed and engaged audience. They laughed, they cried and they raised a glass to the very happy couple!
With two very distinctly styled marquees it was possible to create a definite transition from day to night. For the evening we said goodbye to neutral colour palates and understated elegance and said hello to black and gold Great Gastby themed opulence. From the show stopping art deco inspired chandelier that hung from floor to ceiling over the antique gold mirrored bar to the 7ft high feather plumed vases there was no doubting the intention here was to and have fun!
An expertly choreographed first dance got things started before the band took to the stage to ensure the dancefloor remained full all night.
A truly awesome party was a very fitting end to a truly amazing wedding. Absolutely perfect for such a wonderful couple.

Hey Debbie, just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for all your incredibly hard work. It was an extraordinary day all round and we have had innumerable messages from people saying that it's the best wedding they have ever been to. Especially huge thank you for sticking at it so well during the last week when you must have been feeling pretty horrible - we massively appreciate your support. We can’t stop watching our wedding video and looking at our photos. It truly was remarkable and everything that we had hoped it could be. We’re not sure it would have been possible without you. You were fantastic.
All our love Mr and Mrs Payne
