Francesca & Guy came to me part way through their planning journey. They were looking for some assistance from a luxury wedding planner. To provide partial wedding planning. The couple had made a start on their wedding day plans. They identified that they required a little help from Fabulous Together to pull everything together and finish off the plans for them. Also to be there on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Francesca & Guy chose to celebrate their special day with their closest friends and family, at Guy’s family home in the beautiful countryside setting of Shropshire. This set the scene for what was to be the most amazing family celebration.

Partial Wedding Planning – Morning Preparations

Francesca started her day surrounded by parents, the family dogs and her 4 beautiful bridesmaids. Enjoying a relaxing morning and bridal preparations at the beautiful Hall. Fabulous Together were on hand, to ensure the bridal party were kept abreast with proceedings. Keeping that calm atmosphere throughout the morning preparations, knowing every detail was in hand. Following the preparations came some beautiful photographs of the bridal party, taken by their chosen photographers Paul and Nanda Photography.

Meanwhile Guy being based at the local Pub, next to the Church. Enjoyed some quality time with his Groomsmen, ahead of the church ceremony in the quaint village of Hodnet.

Ceremony

Nestled in the quaint village of Hodnet stands St Luke’s church, where Francesca & Guy chose to make their marriage official. The perfect setting for what was to be the most emotional and heartfelt service. Guests made their way in to the church, whilst Francesca and her bridal party were transported in 2 luxury wedding cars supplied by Longden Carriages. The church bells rang as the bridal party made their way up to the church doors, ready to make their entrance. Their chosen videographer Richardson Video captured every moment perfectly. The string quartet began to play, as Guy awaited his beautiful bride. The ceremony concluded with a beautifully choreographed confetti throw, in the grounds of St Luke’s.

Marquee Celebrations

Francesca & Guy and their nearest and dearest, made the short journey to Guy’s family home. Greeted by Vivid Bar Services serving the finest Champagne, surrounded by the exquisitely manicured gardens. Adding to the sophistication were Nero String Quartet. Who played as the guests enjoyed their fine Champagne and Canapes.

Whilst guests were enjoying the Champagne and canapes, Francesca & Guy joined their bridal party for some formal photographs in the beautifully manicured gardens that Guy’s father had worked hard on all year, especially for the big day.

The drinks reception concluded and the guests made their way in to the magnificent marquee supplied by The Canvas Tent Company which had been adorned with the most beautiful autumnal florals from Edwina Lowe Florals. Each table dressed with deep burgundy hydrangeas, exquisite tableware from Maison Margaux all subtly lit by deep burgundy dinner candles. Francesca & Guy chose a traditional 3 course dinner beautifully crafted by their chosen caterers Wild Garlic Event Catering To finish off their delicious dinner they opted for the show stopper Tiramisu dessert. Celebrated with the couples favourite song and dramatic sparklers.

Partial Wedding Planning – Evening Celebrations

Bespoke ‘His’ and ‘Hers’ cocktails were what greeted guests after dinner, kicking the evening reception off in perfect style. Once the guests had enjoyed their cocktails, Francesca & Guy chose to cut their beautiful cake, which had been lovingly made by Guy’s mum. Adding a real personal touch to the day, displaying some of the Bride and Grooms favourite hobbies and beloved pets, all handcrafted from sugar.

The evening celebrations continued in to the night, guests dancing the night away to fantastic music chosen by the Bride and Groom. Performed by the amazing band 29 Fingers. What was to come next was a huge surprise for all the guests. The night sky being lit up by an epic Firework display by Lightech. Guests watched in amazement as the glittering display lit up the night sky. This rounded off what was a most sensational, classy and personal wedding day.
